  3. I started my morning at 7pm & cleaned my yard. Pulled weeds, cleaned up the dog poop & rearranged the garden planters. It was 20 minutes & 1 miles of walking per my tracker.

  5. This afternoon, I went hiking at Dreamy Draw with my fiance for 30 minutes. We really liked it & can't wait to go there again.

  6. Wow! I think I over-estimated what my 9 month postpartum body could do! I did the 1st Fit in 15 video and I am shaking today. I may have questioned how hard a 15 minute workout could be. Uhhh yeah, it's hard :)

  10. Hiked this morning with Janey! Worked my arms the. Finished the night with jumping on the trampoline doing flips with my step daughter and spotting her ;) this is Amanda Haskins btw can't seem to figure out how to get my name there

  13. I only got half way through the 1st fifteen minute video! I tried to finish the second half baby wearing but that didn't work out very well lol tonight I'm determined to get through the whole video! Awesome job ladies!

  18. So today I had some horrible hip & knee pain. I wasn't able to do hike as planned. I did however do a deep clean on my living room, bedroom & kitchen. My bedroom I detailed with the vacuum & I couldn't believe how much I sweated. I like to call today's work out, hard core house cleaning, hehe

  22. I went to the gym today and did upper body and some cardio. My new thing is jump roping. It is surprisingly difficult since I haven't done it in 15+ years. It was a glorious end to a long day. I'm now drinking sparkling water with a lemon wedge out of a fancy wine glass to make it fancier. :)

  26. Did the 20 Minute Quick Start Zumba video yesterday, went for a hike this morning. Now it's snowing, thinking the evening run I was planing is going to have to be another Zumba video. Been wanting to try the ab workout.

  30. I forgot to post yesterday. I did the 10 minutes of jogging & walked 20 minutes yesterday. Was very happy that my sister & my brother came along to support me. It was pretty interesting. I brought my dog over to her place & she has 5, so between the three of us, we each walked 2 dogs ... that was very interesting HAHA

  34. Just left the local community center. Did bike cardiovascular and my little brother kicked my a$$ doing squats and other legs. Hit the pool for some laps and 20 minutes in the sauna. My legs are so jello I thought I was going to fall down the steps, opted the walk down the grassy hill instead. Haha.

    1. Email me if you're still having trouble. Great job... that first run is always so tough!! Especially after a baby. I still get pelvic pain sometimes from squeezing a human through that area haha!! Hope you were able to walk the next day ;-) Awesome work!

  40. Forgot to post yesterday did fit mommies #6 love the yoga Pilates little break but still great workout. Church this morning then errands to do for get ready to prepare for week, watching 1 year old grand daughter but hoping I will have time to do workout or walk later. Have a great Sunday everyone.

  41. Went to the climbing gym this morning. It definitely proves that you can have a great time while working out.
    Went to the "regular" gym this evening. I did 100 squats at my max weight. What a satisfying day!!!

      I know that part is tough...but it keeps you all accountable and encourages the others to see what everyone is doing. You can always do a double post if you forget on a day - just post the next day.

  48. Oh my goodness! I did not stick to my game plan 100% over Thanksgiving weekend, with travels, family stressors, and flight fiascos. I was happy to get on the scale today and still be 1/2 a pound down. Anyhoo, I just finished Fit Mommies #2 and feeling the sweat!

  57. Yesterday Thursday dec 3 I didn't get up early enough to get in workout before work so I was going to try last night, but the baby just wanted to be held so we walked in treadmeal baby wearing 25 min.

  59. Friday spent day running around shopping for Christmas party Saturday morning extreme cleaning and last minute errands to pick up forgotten items for party Today my mother in law baby and I participated in parade we walked about 4 miles not fast walking but I will be back on track tomorrow.

  65. An hour of tennis, 1 mile jog, and I'm going to get those 50 lunges in before bed tonight!! We also made the chicken meatloaf muffins and they are so easy and so good. They are definitely our new fav with the chicken wontons :) (Emilie Voss)
